A global e-learning experience designed to shift mindsets, build AI confidence, and enable teams to integrate new tools into their daily workflow.

Design Brief
Global teams faced resistance to AI adoption driven by uncertainty and fear of change. The challenge was to build genuine understanding beyond technical literacy, across culturally diverse audiences.
Approach
Co-designed a full blended learning experience spanning needs analysis, content architecture, script writing, and video production. Structured the programme around psychological safety, real world application, and progressive skill building.
Impact
Thousands of learners trained globally, with high completion rates and satisfaction scores reflecting strong engagement and confidence shift across teams.

Microlearning

Selection Central Data Augmenter

A focused microlearning experience enabling teams to master a complex workflow tool quickly, confidently, and without disrupting day to day operations.

Design Brief
Team members needed to learn an advanced system capability that required precise, sequential execution. Traditional training methods were too slow and too disconnected from real task context.
Approach
Designed a 10 step guided microlearning module with annotated UI walkthroughs, scenario based checkpoints, and a character guide to reduce cognitive load and support first time independent execution.
Impact
Learners demonstrated confident, independent task completion with measurably reduced support queries and improved workflow efficiency.

From Entry-Level to Financial Specialist

A comprehensive 40-hour blended learning programme transforming early career professionals into confident specialists through structured progression and real world application.

Design Brief
New team members lacked the technical knowledge and confidence to handle complex queries independently. The programme needed to build capability fast, without overwhelming learners.
Approach
Designed a blended programme combining structured e-learning modules, visual job aids, case studies, and coached practice. Built a clear learning arc from foundation to specialisation, with checkpoints to reinforce retention.
Impact
Measurable reduction in escalation rates and improved quality scores, with learners reporting significantly higher confidence and readiness for independent practice.

Professionals working in high volume, fast paced environments needed quick, reliable guidance on structured communication without needing to consult lengthy documentation.
Approach
Designed a visually clear, single reference job aid covering the three core components of effective client communication. Structured for rapid scanning, with visual hierarchy guiding the eye to the right information at the right moment.
Impact
Adopted as a standard desk reference across the team, with satisfaction data indicating improved consistency and confidence in client interactions.

Teams understood the principles of effective communication in theory, but struggled to apply them consistently under pressure. A lightweight, always available reference was needed.
Approach
Designed a compact visual infographic distilling three key communication principles into memorable, scannable language. Designed with a clean typographic layout optimised for print and screen use.
Impact
Used as a pre interaction prompt across the team, with observable improvements in communication quality and learner satisfaction scores.
